Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the FrenzyRun app and this website. By using FrenzyRun you accept them.
The service
FrenzyRun is a running game operated by Julien Malherbe, based in Spain. It is in active development and provided free of charge. Features may change or disappear, and we may suspend or end the service. We will give notice where we reasonably can.
Your account
You need a working email address to sign in. Keep access to it — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. One account per person. You must be at least 16.
Fair play
The game is built on the assumption that recorded runs are real. You agree not to:
- falsify GPS data, use location spoofing, or submit runs you did not perform on foot;
- record a run while cycling, driving or otherwise not under your own power;
- run multiple accounts, or use another person's account;
- attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it through automated clients.
We may void runs, remove standings, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. Where the result is a suspension we will say why if you ask.

Your content
Your runs and profile remain yours. You grant us the permission needed to store and process them so the game can work, and to display the parts described in our Privacy Policy to other players. You are responsible for what you upload: a display name or photo must not be offensive, misleading, or someone else's.
Our content
The FrenzyRun name, app, website and artwork belong to us. Map data comes from OpenStreetMap and its contributors, used under the Open Database License.

Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, accurate or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost game progress, standings or FrenzyCoins. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Ending it
You can stop using FrenzyRun whenever you like and ask us to delete your account — see Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or shut down the service entirely.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell you in the app if a change is significant. Continuing to use FrenzyRun after that means you accept the new version.
